Guide the robot to its charging station by programming it with a short sequence of directional commands that it will repeat in a cycle until it reaches its goal. The robot will bounce off the walls, but if it detects a loop it will power-down and await fresh instruction. One-step-forward-and-two-steps-back may get you further than you think!
